At Gina Couture, each piece is tailored and custom-made specially for you after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

❌ Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
❌ Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product:

📹 An unboxing video is mandatory (from package opening to product reveal) for us to verify the issue.

We take utmost care in quality checks, and every product is double-checked before dispatch, so damages are extremely rare.
